Adding context menu entry by considering filename

Hi all,
Now i can add service menu item by considering file type or file extension. I want to add service menu item by considering part of filename. As follows , files which name has .crp. at first will be opened with my selected program or context menu will be created prior to filename. Example:

deneme.crp.zip
abc.crp.tar.gz

two file must be opened with the same program and when i right clicked them it must be same menu entry which i inserted.

You can define a new filetype, and configure it so that it matches all relevant files ( use *.crp.* as pattern) then you can associate different programs to this new filetype
