Language trouble on suse :(

well first of all Im not sure im at the right place, if Im not, please tell me where should i go with my question.
I have a linux server for my home\office network. on that compuer Suse linux system is installed, first of all i should say it works ok as far as i see. But because the person who worked on that computer before me was russain, all menus are russain.
Im Not a profesonal linux user my self Im new to this system and I find it nessesery in order to use it, to understand the language. so i need, if possable that somone will explain me in simple steps (I think this prosses should be simple anyway but how can I know) how to change the language from russain to english.
