Can't disable launch feedback

Hi there,

I am using Kubuntu and this problem happened on different version of the OS, I want to disable the bouncing icon so I do it on Kcontrol, it was set but didn't take effect, after some apt-get upgrade the problem gone but only for a while, and I heard of other people have the same problem as well, but don't know of a sure fix of this bug.
Do you Yahoo ? No I hiccup only ;p
