Walk through windows only shows apps for one screen

I am having problems with a dual head configuration. I "Walk Through Windows" (alt-tab) but the window list only shows windows for whichever screen is active and I can't get to applications on the other screen without clicking the other screen. I have "Traverse windows on all desktops" enabled but still no luck.

I just recently switched from RedHat running KDE 3.5.6 that I compiled myself to Kubuntu 7.04 running the built in KDE 3.5.6. This problem didn't exist under the previous install so I know it has to be a bad configuration somewhere.

I am using a nvidia video card with the Ubuntu nvidia-glx video driver. Using nvidia-settings I have configured twinview. The two screens work fine together except when attempt to switch applications.
