KDE behind proxy

Hi everyone i got slack12 and i dont know why i cant tell KDE to connect to internet when i am behind ISA proxy server with authentication. When i am on my desk at work i cant use some internal app (little examp: Kopete) because i dont know how to tell the proxy client in KDE to use authentication, my authentication button is gray :( could you please help me with this? how should i proceed? I found one post where the members explain something about a file called kionetrc but i dont know where to put it and i dont know what to do with it. Could you please provide me with an example of this file?
