dualview independent screensavers

hello everybody

is there a way making only one screen show a screensaver ?
or starting the screensaver at different times for each screen?
or different screensaver for each screen?

if not.
is there a way switch off one screen after some time that i dont touch the computer?
the power switch of my pc monitor is broken so i cant switch it off phisycaly

the other screen is my tv, and i want the pc monitor to show black screen or to be switched off when im watching a movie.
