Error : build kde4 libs

Hello,

I want to program a kde4 application, so I followed this howto to install kde4 : http://techbase.kde.org/Getting_Started/Build/KDE4
But, when I build the kdelibs (cmakekde), I've this error :

Quoted

-- Qt's moc NOT found!
-- Qt's uic NOT found!
CMake Error: Qt libraries, includes, moc, uic or/and rcc NOT found!
-- Configuring done

Help please ;(

(Sorry for my bad english, I'm french :D )

It's ok, I've typed "cmakekde --help" and, in place of show the help, the building is launched
