Adding multiple K Menu entries?

I recently upgraded my FC6 installation to F7. Through a series of events I ended up uninstalling KDE and then reinstalling it. As a consequence of that, K Menu no longer contains many of the entries it did prior to the uninstall. Is there a mechanism for automatically adding multiple entries to the menu's configuration? [KDE]
