Help me in installing Lang Pack !

Hi !
I am Hai.I'm from Vietnam.I downloaded kde-i18-vi.Now I want to add some .po file and doc file ( because kde-i18-vi is not enough translated file) to complete kde-i18-vi .But I don't know how to do it ! Somebody help me ! Thanks a lot !
