acl on multiple files/directories

I recently enabled acl on my ext3 partitions and for single files it works just as it is supposed to do but as soon as I select more than one file a time the extended permissions dialog is the old one without acl support???

Can somebody explain this to me? I'm using KDE 3.5.7 and gentoo.
