A Warning about the Live CD

Upon rebooting the machine after trying the CD I found that the CD would not eject from a Sony Vaio desktop with twin DVD RWs (integral type), it wouldn't even eject in the bios. In the end I stuck a pin into the emergency hole, rebooted into a dodgy 'limbo' (black screen, like waiting for a dodgy/corrupted/damaged Live CD, before booting into the Hard Drive OS.
