vcard files and group rights

Hi,
I'm using Mandriva2007.
My umask is 006.
We have multiple users defined on the PC.
I've created a directory for shared contacts info.
When I create or modify a contact in the shared directory, ALL ".vcf" files are modified and the new user(owner) is myself and the group is my primary group (using "ll -a").
BUT, and that's the problem, rights for the group are only "r", it should be "rw-rw----". That means that the others users can only see my new contact.

When I use the "touch" command, all files created by all users are "rw" for user and group (rw-rw----), which is fine according with my "umask".

I don't understand why Kontact modify group rights.
What do I have to modifiy in order to have these ".vcf" files defined with the correct group rights?
Another questions : what are all these "vcf" file : *.vcf___0, *.vcf___1, *vcf___2 etc..

regards,
alei
