Scanner KCM

A KCM that will allow for easy setup and configuration for scanners like we have for Printers now in KDE 3 would be nice. Make it easy to install configure and setup sharing like we do with CUPS but with SANED instead.

It isn't about it being free, rather its about the freedom it brings.
