Hotkey tooltips

Hi,

In Konquerer-based applications there are these hotkey tooltips all over where there are hyperlinks. That includes mails in kmail and articles in akregator. Very annoying. They pop up and disappear a bit unpredictably every few seconds.

Could someone tell me how to turn them off permanently?
