VNC problem

hi,
i am using realvnc to access remote KDE desktop.

It works fine normally, but sometimes vncviewer doesn't refresh the screen untill i make any movement by mouse.

It's very strange behavior and i can't find the reason behind that.
Anyone having any idea?
