[Kmail] smtp not working

hi,

I kinda found a problem in my Kmail, how's that with other people, or am I simply doing something wrong?

I always used to have Orange Internet (smtp.orange.nl), however we changed providers and now our smtp server changed as well (smtp.casema.nl). The thing is that it gives me an error (Unrecognised transport protocol) when sending away messages. the SMTP server is ok, because I can send e-mail with Thunderbird on the same server.

Kmail 1.9.6
KDE 3.5.6
SuSE 10.1

for some reason the problem is solved now... dunno what changed the situation though...
