Cannot see Window bars on the panel

Hello people,

I have a small problem, the panel of my desktop does not show any active/inactive window bars. Below is a screenshot




Any help would be appreciated

  1. Right-click on panel.
  2. "Add Applet to Panel..."
  3. Select "Taskbar"
  4. Click "Add to Panel"
