Keyboard + mouse shortcuts possible?

Hi!

I was wondering if it was possible to make shortcuts combining keyboard and mouse buttons. For example, so that shift+wheel cycles through windows or desktops etc. Can this be done in stock KDE or if not, are there some extra thingies to allow this?
