Switch keyboard profiles

I have setup a Gaming (no keyboard shortcuts whatsoever) and a work profile for KDE keyboard shortcuts through control centre because sometimes I accidentally press key combos in games that will either steal the window focus or make the keys behave strangely. Is there a way to create a toolbar shorcut or hotkey that can quickly switch between profiles rather than having to load up the control centre each time?
