how i can get themes and plugins and skins for kopete messenger plz

You can download new styles for the chat window when you go to Kopete settings -> Appearance ->Chat Window -> Get New Themes.
Note that you download other emoticon themes as well.

thanx for your replay but this method it just changes the smiles only without changing skins or the other stuff
