I have to tell you, you have some fine people on this site. I had two problems that I have tried to fix by myself and I was coming up short, but your users and support experts helped me identify the problems and then gave me very specific information on how to fix. This was a very nice touch and my hat is off to you and your support personnel. By the way your product is fantastic. I have only been using Suse 10.1 for just over a year and it beats the pants off of Bill Gates and his buggy stuff and costly too. Sincerely, Clois Beckwith
