Attach this email contains no virus to outgoing messages?

Is there a way to attach a signature to the bottom of my emails that show that the email was scanned using ClamAV?

For example, when I receive a email from people using outlook and using anti-virus software I get a message such as:

you could create a signature in kmail that shows such a text
