Kde Menu Problem?

I was fine until I installed Wine, then some of thhe items on the Menu disappeared. Im Using Linux From Scratch. I tried even reinstalling KDE still missing items in the menu. Can anyone help?

sometimes renaming ~/.local helps restoring the menu.
