[konqueror] ftp download threads

Hi,
Is there any way to control how many ftp threads konqueror uses when downloading files?
Many download threads causes problems when the ftp server only allows one session per username and I have to download many files.
Konqueror keeps asking me to enter a user name and password to start the download but, since it is already loged in the ftp server, the user/pass doesn't work.
