Assigning a global shortcut to kfmclient

How can I create a global shortcut to "kfmclient openProfile filemanagement" when I don't want it in my k-menu.. I'd like to assign Win+E to kfmclient.

Another question. I have a logitech mx 5000 keyboard. There is a mail button on it. When I press it, it opens Thunderbird but it opens a new mail window. Where can I change the action behind that button?

Thanks in advance

You can create your own shortcuts in KControl -> Regional & Accessibility -> Input Actions. That way, you don't need to add items to the K Menu to make your shortcuts.
OS: Kubuntu 6.06 LTS (Dapper Drake) | KDE 3.5.3
