Startup programs

i like some of the Things in KDE but i use Gnome a lot more but when i reinstalled KDE and whent to set Beryl up to startup when i login to KDE so i can use AiGLX unlike Gnome where i could just go in to the settings and add it to the startup script with a few taps of the mouse i had to right a small script is there a way like gnome at add programs to the startup scrip if not maybe they could add it to the next KDE
