[Kopete] authorizing necessarily

Hi..

I have set in the option on authorizing necessarily, but why can me User send Messages without authorizing ?

I have Suse 10.2 and Kopete 0.12.3 (Kde 3.5.5 "release 51 opensuse 10.2)

Sorry for my bad Englisch, I'am German only......
