tvtime tv capture configuration

Hi,

I have a pro link Bt tuner WDM TV tuner capture card . my kde is running tvtime, howerver, i can get no pictures at all, just blue screen. As i live in Brazil, ours tv system is PAL-M. Is there any solution?
