Copy paste problem in Gnome Redhat

Hi all
We are facing some problem while copy paste in Gnome environment, the exact problem is that, copy from our application (file or folder) and if we try to paste outside (say Gnome desktop) is not working, but same application copy paste working fine in KDE desktop and within application.

we are using QT for above process.
