Thunderbitrd popup to Firefox

When I have both thunderbird (running in desktop 1) and Firefox (runing in desktop 2) and click a link in an email message in thunderbird,

is there a way to configure KDE (or would it be thunderbird or firefox) to also transerfer focus to desktop 2, and display the firefox window?
