Execute command from .directory

When I changed permission to dir to 000, KDE added a file inside:

zeratul ~ # cat /arc/.directory
[Desktop Entry]
Icon=folder_locked
zeratul ~ #


Is it possible to configure this .directory to execute a command when KDE app (like Konqueror or Krusader) tries to enter ?

PS. Sorry for my English, but I hope you will understand this post :)
