security!?!

a while ago I had some questions on the security of downloading wallpapers but since I never received a reply I deleted my question.
look at what came up when I went looking for new wallpapers
what are scum like these trying to do? each one of those domains look like they dump bots/trojans. are they trying to find a backdoor into a linux system is this common?

of course no one in their right mind would download the files from the server pointed to in details but what if someone wanted the wallpaper just above it or below it and accidentally clicked on the link?
