KDE tool bar icon

I'm not able to configyre my the Tool bar ..
Since tool bar like Build project/compile project/close/Rebuild project/Execute tool bar r missing .
I followed d path// Setting->configure tool bar->build tool bar<kde troll project>->apply.
But it is not coming..
Is there any other way../or What is package missing dat I should install??
