Kopete: How good is sync with server side ICQ list

Hello,
how good is the synchronization of the ICQ plugin of a current kopete version with the server side ICQ list. Are contact that are newly added to Kopete also copied to the server side list? What about groups?

Yes, Kopete should behave like any other client. It adds contacts and groups server side.
