how to open Kspread file? (.ksp)

hi

i cannot open Kspread file using my OpenOffice program and
microsoft Exel program.

and i did try install KOffice but my OS is WindowsXP.

(Koffice is available only for Unix and Linux)

is there 'any' way i can open Kspread File? (which is .ksp)
