Slightly OT - reading KMail in Thunderbird
Can anyone tell me why, when copying a Kmail MBox format mail folder to Thunderbird, Thunderbird sees less than half the emails in that folder? The folder has 61 mails in Kmail, all marked read. TBird only sees 25 in total, and four are marked as unread!
Can anyone throw any light on this strange behaviour?
Thanks

I don't really know, but in general it's not recommended to let two different mail clients access the same files. Then it'd be possible to get funky stuff like you just described.
