I am using KDE 3.5.3 from kde-redhat with Fedora Core 5. My setup is such that I have the main panel at the top of the screen, with an external taskbar at the bottom (yeah, it ends up looking a lot like gnome... deal with it...
)
Anyway, I have a background image that I'd like to use for the panel and taskbar, but it should appear the same for both as it has some text on it. However, for the main panel at the top it gets rotated so that the text is upside down. I can temporarily fix it by tweaking the position to go to the bottom and then back to the top, but some events will cause it to rotate back (like locking the panel). Is there any way to disable the image rotation behavior. Looking around it looks like it was added way back in KDE 1.1.
Should I just submit this as a feature request at bugs.kde.org?
