Strange symbols in konqueror browsing some web pages

Hi everyone. I started using konqueror as a browser but I'm having some difficulties. Sometimes I have some strange symbols displayed instead of simple characters. I tried to change font settings, but nothing happened. I have this problem only on one of my systems. This is an example of what I see in same cases: ftp://luc4.homelinux.org/images/code.jpg. Is there anyone who knows what I should change to see the text?
