Konqueror fish/sftp UTF-8 Problem

Hi,

KDE 3.5.3
SuSE 10.1

UTF-8 filename does not display properly when using Konqueror with fish/sftp protocol.
UTF-8 filenames are shown up properly in local file system, also show up properly when using Konsole with ssh on remote server.

But not Konqueror with "fish/sftp protocol", can anyone help?

PS. sftp command in Konsole also show the correct UTF-8 filenames.
