kdebase-Suse 10.0.21.5

When I update from kdebase-Suse 10.0.21. to kdebase-Suse 10.0.21.5 I can not install RPM packages using Konqueror? I get error message "packages haven't been found on the medium." If I then go back to kdebase-Suse 10.0.21, everything is fine. Is this a known bug?

I can still install either way using the rpm -ivh command.
