[Kopete] Did ICQ change the protocol once more?

Could it be ICQ has changed its protocol once more? For a few hours now I am not able to log into my ICQ account with kopete, it just tells me my ICQ client was too old. Same thing with a friend using miranda.

Any news about this or is it just a temporarily problem?
