Network/Internet download question please...

Hello All,

I have a question about networks. I access the internet through a network. If I have downloaded files onto my PC (from the internet), and have since been deleted, is it possible to track back and find file names through my ISP or the network provider etc? I know the network provider has a log of download traffic but I am not sure about file names.
