Can't connect with kvpnc

I am unable to connect with kvpnc using my pcf on my openSuSE 10.1 system.
The log file says that the Connected failed (timeout)
I have verified that I am using the correct username/password.
On my SuSE 9.2 system, i connect with VPN on the command line this same pcf file.
Both machine are on the same network.

What could be wrong?
