Spam not filtered, Howto ?

I have emails that have a mark from spamassasin: (copy Paste)

Yes, hits=15.3 required=5.0 tests=BAYES_99,DNS_FROM_AHBL_RHSBL, UNWANTED_LANGUAGE_BODY,URIBL_AB_SURBL,URIBL_OB_SURBL,URIBL_SBL, URIBL_SC_SURBL,URIBL_WS_SURBL


These are however not moved to any directory, not do I know howto configure this.
