window tile color on taskbar

hey.

Can anybody help me with changing the color of the "tiles" representing windows on taskbar please (KDE 3.4.2)?
Sorry for my english, it is not my language.
Here is the screenshot of what exactly i want to change:



I want to change this gray color .

One more thing:
i mean is there any possibility to change this color without changing the color of other push buttons.
