System++ gone missing again?

I recently upgraded from KDE 3.4.3 to KDE 3.5.2, and the "System++" window decorations seem to have gone missing. It happened once before with an upgrade of KDE, but I was hoping that was just a fluke.

I'm using the Gentoo "split packages" system, so if System++ isn't part of the basic system, it might not have been installed, in which case, which package would it be in?

If it's been dropped entirely, is there a third-party replacement?
