How to themes and window decorations?

How to install the themes,windwow decorations avalaible at kde-loook.org.Where can i find information about creating my own window decoration sets,themes?

Usually, themes founded in Theme/style>theme manager can be easilly installed with the theme installer that you have in kcontrol.

The ones in "kdm theme" can be installed with kdmtheme-1.1 (you will need to install it first) or manually.

Also, check the "how to install".
