change tooltip for konqueror

I've changed Konqueror to start up with filemanagement instead of webbrowser.
However, the tooltip still reads "Web Browser". How do i change this?

KDE 3.5.1
OpenSuSE 10.1

Found it, its in the Configure Konqueror Button -> Application -> Description
