How to force all windows to open in 2nd monitor?

Hi!

I have the following problem. I have setup my X using TwinView with 2 monitors (CRT and TFT). There is no way to configure my TFT one to be the primary one so I have to set everything to open in my primary (but secondary for the X server) monitor. All is ok but some windows still open on my CRT!
Is there a way to force them to initially open in my TFT screen? Maybe a generic filter in Window-Specific Behavior would do that but I can't figure out how. Please help!
