[KOPETE] Socks proxy only in kopete

Hi,

Is there a way to configure a socks proxy, only in kopete? I need to configure a socks proxy so I can connect to ICQ, but only for this. My konqueror and the rest of KDE aplications don't need socks.

For now I'm using GAIM, but I would like to switch to Kopete.

Thanks

You can use dante proxy client. You can configure to which addresses you want to use the proxy and to which you access directly. I'm having trouble using name resolution over the proxy but it seems to work for everything else.
